Yes. We are based in Scandinavia and assess outbound, inbound and cross-trade assignments between third countries. Every assignment is subject to actual feasibility, airline acceptance, security screening, customs, sanctions and export controls, visa and entry rules, and destination-country rules.
Not without qualification. Worldwide means we can assess a global routing, not that every country, departure or shipment can be accepted. All operational and regulatory conditions must be met.
It depends on when the goods are ready and when a feasible routing has been verified. We provide no response-time SLA and do not guarantee departure or arrival.
We assess the next feasible option and update the timeline. Disruption can change both routing and arrival, which are not guaranteed.
Limits vary by airline, aircraft, ticket and handling method. Send the number of pieces and exact dimensions and weight of each piece for assessment.
Only where the item is not dangerous goods and is expressly accepted by the relevant airline and security screening. We need battery type, Wh rating, quantity, installation and safety data where relevant.
No. We do not undertake shipments requiring dangerous-goods capability, documentation or handling.
Only after specific assessment, and never where dangerous-goods or other requirements exceed our capability. The customer must provide full classification, temperature requirements and documentation.
Cash and securities are not accepted as standard. Other valuables are assessed individually against airline, security, customs, risk and insurance conditions.
Where airline and security rules allow, it may travel as cabin baggage. Any checked handling must be disclosed and agreed before booking.
Provide collection and destination, goods-ready time, requested delivery window, contents, pieces, dimensions, weight, value, customs status and known restrictions.
Often, for cross-border commercial goods. The customer or customs broker remains responsible for correct value, commodity code, origin, Incoterm and declaration data.
No. We coordinate available documents with the customer, forwarder or broker and ensure the courier carries them, but we do not act as a customs broker or assume declaration responsibility.
It can be assessed where the customer or broker has arranged a valid setup. We do not guarantee authority acceptance or a border crossing within a stated time.
That follows the agreed Incoterm and authority decision. The customer must give correct instructions and ensure the responsible party can pay charges when due.
Each assignment is priced from routing, tickets, courier time, connections, local transport and practical requirements. A price follows the feasibility check.
No. A quote or enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The assignment is booked only after Robin explicitly confirms it and the terms are accepted.
They are agreed per assignment. Common milestones include collection, airport, departure, arrival and final handover, but those times are not guarantees.
Yes. After completed handover, we normally document the time, place and recipient under the agreed setup.
That is the starting plan where feasible. Working time, routing, visa or entry rules may require a controlled and documented courier handover.
Yes. We can operate neutrally, report to the forwarder and avoid direct sales approaches to shipper and consignee under the agreed setup.
Confidentiality requirements and NDAs can be reviewed before booking. We do not promise acceptance before reviewing the terms.
Insurance and liability terms must be checked for the specific assignment. We publish no general insurance limits; provide the goods value and your requirements before booking.
The customer is responsible for accurate and complete contents, classification, value, dimensions, weight, recipient and trade and customs data.
We use contact, travel and recipient data to assess and carry out the request under our privacy policy. Do not send more personal data than the assignment requires.
We may request evidence for assessment but do not provide legal export-control advice. The customer remains responsible for licences, end-use information and legality.
Only where a courier can actually satisfy visa and entry requirements for the routing. This is checked before acceptance and may make an assignment infeasible.
Only after verified instructions and renewed customs, security and delivery checks. A change may affect price, time and feasibility.
The assignment may be stopped, replanned or declined. Additional cost and delay may arise, and no departure or arrival is guaranteed.
Send routing, timing, contents, dimensions and weight for a feasibility assessment.
